I’ve been known to consume a carton’s worth of deviled eggs in one sitting. Little did I know pickled quail eggs were going to be equally addicting. A tart zing and a soft, creamy yolk. They both have it. These tiny pickled eggs made the perfect refigerator drive-by snack, preserved in a mason jar of solution and in one perfect pop-in-mouth package. After finishing the first batch in record time, I decided to give these eggs a Pennsylvania Dutch twist.
